Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

• Manage relationships across MICE, leisure, and corporate segments.

• Identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

• Represent the property at trade shows, networking events, and sales calls as required.

• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and service delivery.

• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management.

• Demonstrate flexibility with working hours and travel in line with business needs.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 35 years experience in hotel sales within the luxury hospitality sector.

• Proven track record of success in MICE, leisure, and corporate sales.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
