Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or a related field essential
  
• Formal software testing training (ISEB, ISTQB CTFL) essential
  
• Advanced testing certification (ISTQB CTAL) desired
  
• 4+ years experience as a Senior Test Analyst with solid manual testing and SQL skills essential
  
• Proven background in Agile testing environments essential
  
• Strong knowledge of functional, system, integration, and regression testing essential
  
• Expertise in structured test methods and processes essential
  
• Hands-on experience testing complex user interfaces essential
  
• Understanding of QA within Scrum and Agile methodologies essential
  
• Familiarity with API testing, automated tools, and Remedy or similar configuration management tools desired
  
• Testing experience in the retail sector desired
  
• Exposure to performance testing and UAT processes desired
