About the Role
Hire Resolve is seeking an experienced Site Foreman to join our team in Cape Town. As a key member of our construction industry client’s project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily site operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the construction site.
- Ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards.
- Managing and supervising all site staff and subcontractors.
- Monitoring and enforcing safety regulations and procedures.
- Maintaining accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Communicating with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Addressing any issues or problems that arise during the construction process.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Foreman on building projects from start to finish.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction management or a related field.
