Who are we looking for: A driven, creative organic social media manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, has a sharp eye for aesthetics and understands how to build brand love through storytelling especially in the world of homeware, interiors and lifestyle.
Purpose:
To support and grow the organic social media presence by creating platform-appropriate content, fostering strong community engagement and ensuring all digital outputs are aligned with our brand identity, tone and visual direction.
About the role:
As part of our in-house marketing team, you will focus specifically on our consumer brand. Youll play a key role in shaping how the company is presented online by planning, creating and publishing content that is visually inspiring, on-brand and strategically aligned to marketing priorities.
Youll help strengthen the community, translate brand stories into scroll-stopping content and ensure our social channels reflect the quality and spirit of the brand.
What will you do:
- Contribute to content brainstorming, concept development and campaign planning
- Manage the organic social media content calendar
- Plan, create and publish daily content across key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest)
- Assist with capturing behind-the-scenes content and short-form video
- Write on-brand captions and social copy tailored to each platform
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages and nurture our online community
- Track performance and provide basic analytics or insights to guide improvements
- Stay informed on social media trends, platform updates and competitor activity
What you need:
- Diploma/degree in marketing, digital marketing, communications or a related field
- 1 to 2 years experience managing social media accounts for brands (home-ware, lifestyle, fashion retail or e-commerce experience advantageous)
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest best practices
- Confident with mobile content creation (photo, video, Reels/TikTok editing, etc)
- Strong copywriting skills and a feel for tone, narrative and brand voice
- A passion for interior design, homeware, lifestyle content and visual storytelling
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple deadlines and maintain close attention to detail
- Energy non-negotiable
- A sense of humour highly recommended
