Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the fast and cost-effective purchase of finished goods.
• Negotiate prices and delivery dates with suppliers to meet company objectives.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.
• Assess workmanship and suggest improvements to fabric and construction.
• Ensure critical path timelines are met through disciplined planning and execution.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date system data using PLM systems.
• Demonstrate a traders instinct to ensure portfolio growth and profitability.
• Facilitate styling changes with suppliers while negotiating win-win outcomes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience communicating directly with overseas suppliers.
• Strong administrative and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer systems, particularly PLM or similar platforms.
• Background in manufacturing or a related field is preferred.
• Experience managing a Sourcing Assistant.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally for sourcing purposes.
• Team player with the ability to manage relationships effectively.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Exceptional multitasking and problem-solving skills.
• Innovative mindset, with a focus on streamlining processes and driving efficiency.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
