Job Title: HR Graduate
Job Overview:
As an Recruitment Graduate, you will gain hands-on experience across various HR functions, supporting the team in daily operations and strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop a strong foundation in human resources while contributing to a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment processes, including screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating assessments.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Support payroll administration by collecting and verifying employee attendance and leave records.
- Assist in organising employee engagement initiatives, training sessions, and wellness programmes.
- Handle HR-related queries and provide support in areas such as policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Assist in drafting contracts, offer letters, and other employment documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies in all HR activities.
- Participate in performance management processes by coordinating appraisals and gathering feedback.
- Support the onboarding and induction process for new employees.
- Contribute to HR projects, research, and reporting as required.
