About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Head Chef to join a prestigious luxury safari lodge in the Sabi Sands, responsible for delivering refined and memorable dining experiences that align with the standards of a luxury lodge.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high-performing kitchen team
- Develop seasonal and culturally inspired menus
- Maintain strict hygiene and HACCP compliance

Requirements
- Formal culinary qualification (Diploma or higher)
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Head Chef in a luxury lodge or fine-dining environment
- Proven ability in menu design, seasonality, and innovative culinary concepts
- Strong leadership and team development skills within a diverse kitchen team
- Extensive knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and kitchen hygiene standards
- Solid financial acumen, including cost control, stock management, and budgeting
- Excellent guest engagement skills
