Our client is a leader in the short-term investment industry for the past 15 years. Theyre seeking a motivated and professional Investment Telesales Agent to join their dynamic team in Pinelands, Cape Town on a 6-month in-office position where you will play a key role in engaging with existing clients advising them on the wonderful changes which will benefit their existing portfolios.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound telesales calls to current investors
- Present and explain investment products clearly and persuasively
- Knowledge / experience with short-term insurance
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve and exceed targets
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and investment knowledge
Requirements:
- Proven telesales experience within the investment or financial services sector
- Strong knowledge of investments and financial products
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Confident, target-driven and resilient personality
- Able to work effectively in an office environment
- Immediately available
