Job Summary
We are looking for a training lead to manage multiple Financial Services projects to join our team based in Cape Town- On-site
Must have a learning background and successfully managed the development and delivery of projects
- Lead Trainer who can Create the Strategic Strategy – for example they are releasing a Savings Card and this person would have to plan out the Training, advise if it is e-Learning or In-Person or Blended.
- Content Analysis – Be able to plan how the content is delivered, over what period of time.
- Strong Project Management ability – Co-ordination, Allocation of Resources and managing Budgets.
- Manage Instructional Designers and also manage Trainers that will deliver the Training.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Beholden to the Governing Principles.
- Must be strong in understanding Learning Methodologies that work and be comfortable on C-Suite.
