Job Summary
My client is a leading Wealth Manager and needs a suitably qualified Wealth Administrator.
Responsibilities:
Information gathering via the Astute system for the Para-Planners and Private Wealth Managers Chase takeovers and send to providers and get confirmation that it is done Send the Provider Code Application forms for new Private Wealth Managers to providers for them to obtain codes and chase Sort, arrange and share client documentation Ensuring that documentation on Prime System is kept up to date Pipeline Chasing Ensure that the New Business Register is kept up to date Ensure that cases are chased/updated every 3 days Liaise with PWM and Para-Planners to obtain outstanding requirements (if needed) Liaise with Private Wealth Managers to obtain outstanding requirements (if needed) Escalate cases to the New Business Manager if no movement or progression is made on a case
Requirements:
Matric 2 Years experience as an Administrator in the Insurance / Wealth / Financial Services sector Please note that if you have not heard from us within 2 weeks of your application, please consider it as unsuccessful for this particular role.
