About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Fuel Station Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of efficiency in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage fuel station operations, including stock control and cash handling
• Prepare daily reports and provide accurate information to management
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Work effectively under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety standards

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in a fuel station, retail, or convenience store environment
• Experience with stock control, cash handling, and daily reporting
• Good computer literacy
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Reliable, responsible, and customer-service driven

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric
