Job Summary
- Ensure effective support and problem solving is applied.
- Direct all customer complaints appropriately & follow up until the complaint is resolved
- Capture customer orders and communication regarding orders.
- Recording of back orders on Syspro and clearing of back orders once the order has been completed.
- Together with finance team – reconciliation of customer orders, deliveries and payments.
- Sales of products to existing and potential new customers.
- General support for the external sales team
