About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Centurion: Business Development Engineer to join our team in the international defence industry. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities in various international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and analyse international markets to identify growth opportunities
- Initiate contact and schedule meetings with both local and foreign clients
- Attend industry events, conferences, and client engagements
- Build and maintain relationships with high-level stakeholders to understand and respond to their needs
- Collaborate with engineers to tailor products and solutions for various international clients
- Develop and present proposals, negotiate terms, and assist with contract preparation
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, marketing, compliance) for smooth project execution
- Manage projects from planning through to delivery and post-delivery support
- Provide client feedback, ensure satisfaction, and identify areas for future collaboration
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Engineering or a related field)
- Recent graduates are welcome; project or business management experience is advantageous
- Must be willing and able to travel internationally (valid passport required)
