Job Summary

Key Responsibilities : Typing and formatting CVs from various sources into our professional template. Uploading CVs and candidate profiles to our ATS, Placement Partner . Ensuring accurate data entry and updating candidate information on the system. Assisting recruitment consultants by organising candidate details , performing data accuracy checks, and managing CV records. Supporting document management by creating, editing, and filing candidate-related documents. Maintaining confidentiality when handling sensitive candidate and client data. Working closely with the recruitment team to ensure smooth communication between candidates and consultants. Strong organisational abilities and an eye for detail. Experience with ATS systems (such as Placement Partner) is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment . Prior experience in data capturing or administration is beneficial but not required.
