Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage Field Service Department personnel, workload, and labour resource planning.
- Oversee ongoing and preventative maintenance across the company’s property portfolio.
- Manage projects from site visit through to final commissioning.
- Design and implement operational strategies to enhance service efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor project profitability and coordinate closely with procurement for resources and logistics.
- Ensure all field representatives follow standard operating procedures and safety compliance.
- Review project scope and manage customer expectations throughout installation.
- Maintain accurate service records, building compliance documentation, and cost reports.
- Drive team performance, training, and culture of continuous improvement.
- Budgeting, cash flow planning, and preventative maintenance scheduling.
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in field service or project management.
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to supervise both mechanical and electrical installations.
- Solid interpersonal skills for liaising with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
- Knowledge of health & safety and hazmat protocols (advantageous).
- Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills.
- Proven success in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to specification.
