About the Role

As a Centurion: Financial Advisor Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our financial advisors in delivering exceptional service to their clients. Your primary focus will be on documentation processing, coordination, and communication, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Documentation Processing: Manage reminders, prepare documents for advisor discussion with client, and handle changes.
  • Coordinate and produce annual reviews, including reports.
  • Emails, system management, and follow up on instructions, obtaining proof and checking correctness.
  • Personal Effectiveness:
  • Take ownership of all job aspects and manage own time, tasks, and output quality (accuracy is paramount).
  • Collaborate and network effectively with others to achieve results.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 or other diploma/degree (advantages)
  • Afrikaans and English proficiency (very important for client communication)
