Requirements:
Mechanical or Metallurgical Qualification (Required)
Extensive experience in rotating equipment, preferably pumps.
Expertise in supply chain management and large-scale manufacturing operations.
Proven ability to oversee operations and lead multi-disciplinary teams.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
? Oversee logistics, procurement, warehousing, quality control, health & safety, and product assembly.
? Drive operational efficiency to meet invoicing and billing targets.
? Ensure cost-effective procurement and manage profit margins.
? Maintain health & safety compliance and asset certification.
? Implement quality control measures to achieve zero complaints or returns.
? Proficiency in ERP systems (Syspro, SAP).
? Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
? Manage large teams (100-200 employees) in manufacturing settings.
? Experience with international suppliers and operations.
? Background in ore processing plants or EPC project houses is a plus.
