About the Role
We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our team as a Centurion. The ideal candidate will have industry-recognized IT certifications and a solid working knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft 365.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical assistance for computer hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Install, configure, and maintain network devices
- Implement endpoint security solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve computer hardware and software problems
Requirements
- Industry-recognized IT certifications (A, N, MCP)
- Solid working knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 expertise
- Understanding of core networking principles
- Experience with endpoint security solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (minimum)
Salary & Benefits
$65,000 – $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
