Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated RF Engineer to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, analysis, testing, and optimisation of RF systems and components, supporting projects from concept through deployment and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and analyse RF circuits, systems, and networks
Perform RF simulations, modelling, and link budget calculations
Test, troubleshoot, and optimise RF performance using laboratory and field equipment
Prepare technical documentation, specifications, and reports
Support installation, commissioning, and system integration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, software, and project engineers
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements

Minimum Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, or Telecommunications Engineering
Proven experience in RF engineering or a related role
Strong understanding of RF principles, including antennas, transmission lines, filters, and amplifiers
Experience with RF test equipment (spectrum analysers, network analysers, signal generators)
Proficiency in RF design and simulation tools (e.g. ADS, HFSS, CST, or similar)
Ability to analyse and solve complex technical problems
