Centurion: Junior Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities: Drive new and pre-owned vehicle sales while achieving monthly and annual targets Assist in managing, coaching, and motivating the sales team to deliver results Maintain showroom standards, stock profiling, and vehicle valuations Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business Collaborate with marketing and finance teams on promotions, campaigns, and deals Ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer policies and procedures Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience in automotive sales, with at least some exposure to management or team leadership Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills Hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example Valid drivers license
