About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Centurion: Manager to lead our Customer Experience Centre Enablement, responsible for driving customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional service experiences across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience across various channels
- Lead a team of Customer Experience professionals to achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of customer experience initiatives
- Analyze customer feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Requirements
- Relevant 6-8 years experience in Customer Experience and/or Call Centre
- 2 (two) years of management/supervisory level experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree/ Advanced Diploma in Customer Service / Customer Management related qualification
- Postgraduate in Customer Service / Customer Management related qualification will be an added advantage
