• Lead and contribute to the design and development of advanced defense vehicles.
• Produce detailed 3D models, engineering drawings, and technical documentation.
• Apply engineering principles in structural design, ergonomics, materials selection, and manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure designs meet performance, safety, and compliance standards.
• Conduct design reviews, simulations, and prototype evaluations to optimize product performance.
• Provide technical input across the product development lifecycle.

Minimum Requirements:

• BEng in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in mechanical design, with a strong focus on defense vehicle systems.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo, Autodesk Inventor, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of structural analysis, armor systems, suspension design, and integration of mechanical subsystems.
• Understanding of defense standards and military-grade specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.

Preferred Skills & Attributes:

• Experience with prototyping, testing, and validation of defense vehicles.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work in a high-paced, confidential environment.
• Innovative mindset with attention to detail.
