Job Summary
Requirements:
- BEng / BTech in Mechanical Engineering
- Professionally registered with ECSA
- 10 years experience
- Knowledge of sustainable drainage solutions
- Proficient in AutoCAD & Revit
Knowledge of:
- Hydraulics in pipes (Pressurized and under gravity) and open channels
- Piping materials
- How buildings are constructed (Interfacing with other disciplines, building sequences, project management)
- Cost of wet service installations
- Quality assurance (factory and site)
- Quality assurance (in the office and on site)
- Quality control according to ISO 9001 standards
- Safety and environment
- Storm water (Including hydraulic and rainfall surface flow calculations)
