Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll in accordance with PSIRA gazetted wage structures
- Review and verify all payroll source documents including leave forms and timesheets
- Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time
- Ensure compliance with security sector laws, legislation and payroll regulations
- Prepare monthly internal and external payroll reports
- Maintain accurate payroll records and resolve payroll-related queries
Requirements
- Diploma or relevant qualification in Payroll / Finance / HR advantageous
- 3–5 years payroll experience within the security industry
- Strong understanding of PSIRA regulations and payroll legislation within the sector
- Sage payroll experience (non-negotiable)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high-volume payroll
