About the Role
The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to two Directors in separate businesses, managing a range of responsibilities that require strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the two Directors in separate businesses
- Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks and special projects as required
- Manage property portfolio and all aspects relating thereto
- Attend to personal rental properties and related aspects thereto
- Attend to ad hoc instructions relating to private affairs of the respective Directors
- Attend to litigation functions of one of the Directors relating to third party injury practice
- Manage correspondence between clients and other legal staff and representatives
- Monitor emails and replies where appropriate
- Drafting of various pleadings, notices, date applications and basic legal drafting
- Assisting in preparing matters in all aspects for trial
- Perform additional legal administrative tasks as instructed by the Directors
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Personal Assistant / Legal Litigation Secretary
- Proven experience with Road Accident Fund (RAF) / Third Party Claims matters
- Strong understanding of civil litigation processes and legal documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
