• Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or Engineering-related field (advantageous).
• Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in project administration, preferably within an engineering, construction, or technical environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles (exposure to PMBOK/PRINCE2 methodologies advantageous).
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint; MS Project or similar project management software).
• Financial acumen – ability to track budgets, costs, and invoices.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to handle multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to liaise professionally with engineers, technical teams, and external stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and process-driven.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental compliance standards (advantage).
