Duties and Responsibilities
Produce concept, tender and technical mechanical engineering drawing for commercial buildings, hospitals, data centers etc.
Generate conceptual plans for HVAC and Wet Services
Perform basic/concept designs for HVAC and Wet Services
Interfacing with multi-disciplinary engineering team and other project stakeholders
Draughting support services to construction team and clients
Work office hours in collaborative team – opportunity to learn from senior team members

Desired Experience and Qualifications
Matric and Revit MEP Certification required
Draughting diploma advantageous
– 2+ years’ experience as a building services design draftsperson
– Strong building services experience will be an advantage
– Navisworks and ACC coordination knowledge
– AutoCAD 2018 (or higher) with minimum 2 years’ experience.
– Revit MEP 2018 (or higher) with minimum 2 years’ experience – not negotiable.
– Knowledge of design principles and applications of HVAC (Heat Ventilation and Airconditioning systems)
– Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, team player

Package & Remuneration
Market related – negotiable depending on qualifications and experience
