Responsibilities:
Project Management & Implementation
1. Project Planning Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
2. Requirements Gathering Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into system specifications.
3. Team Leadership Lead and coordinate a cross-functional team throughout implementation.
4. System Configuration Oversee system setup and customization to meet business requirements
1. User Training Develop and deliver training programs to ensure seamless system adoption.
2. Change Management Manage the transition from legacy systems, minimizing disruption.
3. Quality Assurance Ensure implementations adhere to quality standards and project objectives.
4. Risk Mitigation Identify potential challenges and develop contingency plans
Process Optimization & Vendor Management
1. Business Process Design & Optimization Improve operational workflows for efficiency and scalability.
2. Vendor Management Coordinate with technology partners to ensure successful implementation
- Degree in BEng/BSc Industrial Engineering, BCom Logistics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or systems implementation.
- Exposure to ERP, WMS, and TMS systems is essential.
- Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency; MS SQL experience is a plus.
