About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Centurion: Talent & Organisational Development Manager. As the lead of high-impact projects, you will partner with executive leadership and ensure strong governance, alignment, and delivery across the HR portfolio. You will influence decision-making at the highest levels and play a critical role in shaping a future-fit workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver cross-functional HR projects from concept to execution (including HRIS, EVP, and workforce planning)
- Develop project charters, governance frameworks, budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation plans
- Track progress and report on KPIs and milestones
- Prepare and coordinate high-quality HR packs and presentations for the Board and Board subcommittees
Requirements
- 8 -10 years’ progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in strategic project or programme management
- Proven experience working at Executive and Board level
- Exposure to FMCG, or manufacturing environments preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Project Management certification advantageous
- Postgraduate qualification in HR, Strategy, or Business Leadership advantageous
