Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls to take orders from existing clients and follow up on leads.
- Client Engagement: Talk and engage with customers on the phone to promote the company`s products and services, highlighting benefits and features.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Sales Support: Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and delivery times to customers.
- Lead Follow-Up: Proactively follow up on sales leads, convert potential leads into customers, and support sales initiatives.
- Order Processing: Accurately process orders in the company`s system, ensuring timely and correct delivery of products.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities, providing regular updates to management.
Requirements
- Language Skills: Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English.
- Software Proficiency: Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, as most of the work will be conducted using Excel.
- Personal Attributes: Young, enthusiastic, and eager to learn with a positive attitude.
- Customer Focused: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Lifestyle: Non-smoker.
- Transport: Must have own car and a valid driver`s license.
