About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Production Engineer to join our team, where you will have the opportunity to work on complex, regulated engineering systems and drive process improvements. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for implementing and managing design and process changes across manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage post-production design and process changes across manufacturing operations
- Create, review, and maintain detailed manufacturing and inspection drawings
- Support production teams by troubleshooting and resolving technical and manufacturing issues
- Manage design transfer activities and oversee change control documentation
- Perform verification and validation of inspection equipment and processes
- Drive process validation and equipment qualification initiatives
- Handle non-conformance, investigations, and corrective actions to maintain quality standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement through data analysis and process optimisation
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with quality systems and procedures
Requirements
- BEng / BSc Eng in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering
- Minimum 2 years post-graduate experience in a design or production engineering role
- Strong CAD skills (SolidWorks or similar) and ability to interpret technical drawings
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes, inspection methods, and validation principles
