About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Engineer to join our team, where you will have the opportunity to work on complex, regulated engineering systems and drive process improvements. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for implementing and managing design and process changes across manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage post-production design and process changes across manufacturing operations
  • Create, review, and maintain detailed manufacturing and inspection drawings
  • Support production teams by troubleshooting and resolving technical and manufacturing issues
  • Manage design transfer activities and oversee change control documentation
  • Perform verification and validation of inspection equipment and processes
  • Drive process validation and equipment qualification initiatives
  • Handle non-conformance, investigations, and corrective actions to maintain quality standards
  • Contribute to continuous improvement through data analysis and process optimisation
  • Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with quality systems and procedures

Requirements

  • BEng / BSc Eng in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years post-graduate experience in a design or production engineering role
  • Strong CAD skills (SolidWorks or similar) and ability to interpret technical drawings
  • Good understanding of manufacturing processes, inspection methods, and validation principles
