Centurion: Production Engineer

Job Description

This opportunity is ideal for an Engineer who enjoys being hands-on, thrives under pressure, and is passionate about turning technical challenges into efficient, high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead and implement design and process improvements within a production environment Translate engineering concepts into practical, production-ready solutions Develop and maintain accurate manufacturing and inspection drawings Act as a key technical support to production teams, resolving issues quickly and effectively Drive seamless design transfer and manage engineering change processes Perform validation and verification of equipment and processes to ensure optimal performance Lead investigations into non-conformance and implement corrective actions Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and process optimisation Ensure compliance with established quality systems and engineering standards Minimum Requirements: BEng / BSc Eng in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering Minimum 2 years post-graduate experience in a design or production engineering role Strong CAD experience (SolidWorks or similar) and ability to interpret technical drawings Sound understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering principles Solid analytical skills with strong attention to detail Advantageous Experience: Exposure to quality management systems and regulated environments Experience in process validation, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation Understanding of BOM control and product configuration Data analysis and reporting tools experience (e.g. Power BI) Your Profile: A proactive problem-solver who takes ownership and drives results Detail-focused with a passion for delivering high-quality work Strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional teams Adaptable, resilient, and capable of working in a demanding environment Motivated to continuously improve systems, processes, and performance If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
