HOOFDOEL VAN DIE POS
Om landbou-opleidingsprogramme, leerlingskappe en kortkursusse doeltreffend te bestuur en te kordineer, personeel te lei en n positiewe leer- en werksomgewing te verseker.
VERANTWOORDELIKHEDE
Landbou Leerlingskappe en Kortkursusse
- Beplan en bied kurrikulum-belynde opleiding aan
- Beplan en implementeer landbouleerlingskappe en kortkursusse
- Monitor studentevordering en verseker kwaliteit assessering en moderering
- Skakel met AgriSETA rakende kontrakte, sertifisering en betalings
- Bestuur e-leerplatforms om opleiding interaktief en toeganklik te maak
Personeel en Operasionele Ondersteuning
- Lei, ondersteun en ontwikkel departementele personeel
- Skep n positiewe en professionele spanomgewing
- Toesig oor voertuiginstandhouding, geboue en tuine
- Verseker gladde logistiek vir klasse en kursusse
Bevordering van Landboukennis
- Bly op hoogte van kurrikulumveranderinge en bedryfsontwikkelings
- Bou verhoudings met bedryfsleiers en rolspelers in die vaardigheidsontwikkelingswreld
- Bevorder landboukennis op verskeie platforms
- Kordineer en werk saam met die landbou-subkomitee om innovasie en voortdurende verbetering te dryf
- Ontwikkel kreatiewe inisiatiewe vir prestasieverbetering en moedig vooruitdenkende benaderings aan
MINIMUM VEREISTES
- Graad of diploma in Landbou, Landbou-onderwys of n verwante veld
- Minimum 10 jaar praktiese ondervinding
- Sterk kennis van AgriSETA-prosesse, NQF-raamwerke en kurrikulumontwikkeling
- Bewese ervaring in landbou-opleiding, leerprogramme en kortkursusse
- Uitstekende leierskap-, kommunikasie- en mensevaardighede
- Vermo om finansies, personeel en operasionele logistiek te bestuur
- Innoverende ingesteldheid met n passie vir voortdurende verbetering
