About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Manager to join our team in Citrusdal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in community or rural health, with leadership experience and a passion for promoting preventative health and wellness. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing primary health care services to employees and community members, as well as managing daily clinic operations, staff, and administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Primary Health Care services to employees and community members.
• Manage daily clinic operations, staff, and administration.
• Oversee Occupational Health program and service provider to ensure compliance with legislation.
• Promote preventative health and wellness through education and screenings.
• Maintain accurate, confidential health records and reporting.
• Manage clinic budgets and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification (preferably MBChB or equivalent) or Diploma/Degree in Nursing/Occupational Healthcare.
• Registered Healthcare Practitioner with minimum 5 years experience in community or rural health, plus leadership experience.
• Dispensing Qualification will be advantageous.
• Strong understanding of Primary and Occupational Health.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Computer literate (MS Office).

Qualifications

• MBChB or equivalent qualification.
