About the Role

As a Quality Assurance Analyst at our company, you will play a critical role in ensuring the satisfaction of our clients by enforcing quality, safety, and food regulations throughout our production process. You will align with Global Quality Assurance guidelines to guarantee compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure quality by reducing product non-compliance to improve process efficiency.
• Ensure customer quality expectations are achieved by optimizing the service offered by the company.
• Guarantee compliance with GMP, Pest Control, Critical Control Points, and Safety.
• Standardize operations to ensure consistency and precision in our services.
• Provide information in a timely manner for decision-making on the IN site.
• Strengthen the quality assurance system by ensuring that quality relayed processes are carried out in a timely manner, minimizing deviations in the operation.
• Guarantee the correct functioning of the service.
• Conduct audits in a timely manner and provide support in the follow-up of non-conformities.
• Achieve full compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide supplier development and generate reliable suppliers.
• Ensure the quality of raw materials and supplies.
• Validate new inputs through adequate testing.
• Ensure adequate standards of sanitization in the plant to reduce levels of non-compliance.
• Create and ensure standardization in sanitation processes in the plant.
• Raise awareness and prevent accidents.
• Ensure the physical and mental integrity of our employees.
• Reduce the environmental impact caused by our operations.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards established by our customers.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance Systems of Food/Beverage Industries or Fruit Processing Plants or other related manufacturing industries.
• Experience in implementation of GFSI norms (BRC-FSCC22000-FSI).
• Experience in customer support.
• Training teams.
• Management of customer complaints.
• Management of internal non-compliance.

Qualifications

Relevant university degree or Quality Assurance diploma/courses.
