About the Role
We are seeking a Night Auditor / Relief Receptionist to join our luxury boutique hotel & spa in the heart of the Constantia Valley. In this role, you will play a key role in creating seamless and memorable guest experiences during the night, while maintaining high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee night front-desk operations & guest check-ins/out
- Perform nightly audits and reconcile accounts
- Handle guest enquiries, requests & emergencies with poise
- Support reception team during relief shifts
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in hospitality or a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with hotel operations and procedures
Qualifications
- Matric (or equivalent) is required for this role
