• Complete filing of documents per customer (weight sheets) in correct order
• Complete and email Excel weight sheets for customers
• Complete dispatch notes per customer (bulk sales) and help monitor truck loads with correct documentation
• File all dispatch notes per month in number sequence; keep Master Records up to date
• Ensure daily handover of documents from all departments (Stores, Secondary, Cut and Seal)
• Liaise with employees on work instructions
• Manage the Lab Key System (ordering stickers, labelling and resealing/cutting lab keys)
• Oversee retention samples for all batches and rotate/grade stock as needed
• Maintain tidiness of retention sample area
• Accurately record all information for cheesemaker reports and share weekly data internally
• Submit milk producer info to dairy farms weekly
• Assist in production and quality control departments when required

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• 1–2 years’ experience in stores administration, warehouse, or production environment
• Physically fit and able to move stock, assist with loading/unloading, and be on your feet throughout the day
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and teamwork
• Comfortable using Excel and filing/documentation systems
• Background in production or food processing is an advantage
