Dundee: Senior Data Analyst

About the Role

An established, fast-paced organisation is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to support its sales, marketing, and leadership teams through high-quality data extraction, dashboard development, performance analysis, and automated reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract, clean, validate, and integrate daily data from multiple sources into internal systems.
• Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards with daily sales and performance metrics.
• Produce daily, weekly, and quarterly reports, including automated data workflows.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Create compelling data visualisations using Power BI and Excel for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support sales, marketing, business managers, and executives with customised insights and dashboards.
• Provide training and onboarding support to new users on reporting tools and systems.
• Work on ad-hoc projects, including customer trackers, promotional performance reviews, and category analysis.

Requirements

• Education: Relevant National Diploma or Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 24 years experience in a data analyst or reporting role.
• Demonstrated experience with dashboard creation, data cleaning, and automated reporting.
• Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
