Job Summary
- Optimise chemical and production processes for improved efficiency and cost savings
- Monitor plant performance and identify areas for continuous improvement
- Troubleshoot technical issues and perform root cause analyses
- Prepare and maintain process documentation
- Work collaboratively with production, maintenance, and quality teams
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
- Support capital projects and plant expansions
- Conduct data analysis and reporting to drive performance decisions
Required Skills & Experience:
- BSc / BEng in Chemical Engineering (non-negotiable)
- 5+ years experience in a processing/manufacturing environment
- Solid understanding of plant operations, mass & energy balances, and process optimisation
- Knowledge of ISO, GMP, HACCP, or SHEQ systems
- Proficiency in technical reporting and data-driven decision making
