Reports To: Chief Operations Officer
Job Summary:
The E-commerce Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and optimization of the companys e-commerce platforms. This role ensures that products are accurately listed, online sales processes run smoothly, and customer experiences are optimized for engagement and conversions.
Must have:
- Customer Experience
- Be able to manage website listings
- Strong administrative capabilities
- Understanding of Ecommerce Process
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 Years experience in a similar role
