About the Role
We are seeking an experienced finance professional to join our Property Investment Group in Umhlanga as Head of Finance. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership and oversight, with a focus on group consolidations, IFRS expertise, and property investment experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert financial guidance and support to the executive team
- Lead group consolidations and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth
- Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives
- Manage a high-performing finance team
Requirements
- CA(SA) preferred
- ±10 years post-articles experience
- Strong group consolidations and IFRS expertise
- Experience in property, investment or asset-heavy environments advantageous
- Proven leadership and team management ability
