Job Description
The Head of Human Resources will be a strategic partner to the CEO, advising and implementing the People Strategy required to scale the business to it’s next level growth.
This role will focus on building the systems and structures for performance, capability and culture:
- Build and embed full performance management architecture
- Lead recruitment strategy and workforce planning
- Build job grading, competency and org design frameworks
- Drive leadership development and succession depth
- Optimise HRIS
- Strengthen culture, values and employee experience
- Provide governance across IR, compliance and policy
Experience, qualifications and success factors:
- Relevant commercial and/or HR qualification
- 8-12 years of HR experience
- Strong OD, Talent and performance management background
- A track record of designing and implementing frameworks (practical strategist)
- Ability to collaborate and build culture and capablity
This role will suit a composed, strategic and practical HR professional who is effective in the design and implementation of people related frameworks that build capability, performance and culture in an organisation poised for its next level of commercial growth.
This role is based in Durban, South Africa.
