About the Role
The Head of Human Resources will be a strategic partner to the CEO, advising and implementing the People Strategy required to scale the business to its next level growth. This role focuses on building the systems and structures for performance, capability and culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and embed full performance management architecture
- Lead recruitment strategy and workforce planning
- Build job grading, competency and org design frameworks
- Drive leadership development and succession depth
- Optimise HRIS
- Strengthen culture, values and employee experience
- Provide governance across IR, compliance and policy
Requirements
- Relevant commercial and/or HR qualification
- 8-12 years of HR experience
- Strong OD, Talent and performance management background
- Ability to collaborate and build culture and capability
Qualifications
- Completed relevant commercial and/or HR qualification (if applicable)
