About the role
Primarily, this position will include coordinating and facilitating our Leadership Development Camps and Training with our partner schools and partner NGOs. It also included building a solid team of 20 part-time facilitators who will work with us for one to 2 years on a part time basis.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate camps & onsite trainings.
  • Create video content to advertise to schools.
  • Create video content to introduce ourselves and our team.
  • Establish and maintain an instagram account.
  • Liaise with schools.
  • Liaise with Venues for camp bookings.
  • Develop custom programmes, using our templates, for each group.
  • Facilitate programmes as head facilitator.
  • Manage the group of facilitators.
  • Produce a report for the school after each camp / training.
  • Update our current content and add in a digital component.
  • Update our current leadership activities & add new ones.
  • Create new programmes under our leadership development offerings.

Minimum Requirements

  • South African Unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34.
  • Must not have participated on the YES programme before.
  • Matric.
  • Background in Psychology or Development Studies will be a plus.
