About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and committed individual to join our team as a Leadership Development Facilitator. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating our Leadership Development Camps and Training with partner schools and NGOs. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact in Durban’s youth development landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate camps & onsite trainings
Create video content to advertise to schools
Facilitate programmes as head facilitator
Manage the group of facilitators
Produce a report for the school after each camp / training

Requirements

South African Unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34
Must not have participated on the YES programme before
Matric
Background in Psychology or Development Studies will be a plus

Qualifications

Completed Matric
Any relevant background in Psychology or Development Studies (desirable)
