Job Description
Primarily, this position will include coordinating and facilitating our Leadership Development Camps and Training with our partner schools and partner NGOs. It also included building a solid team of 20 part-time facilitators who will work with us for one to 2 years on a part time basis.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate camps & onsite trainings.
- Create video content to advertise to schools.
- Create video content to introduce ourselves and our team.
- Establish and maintain an instagram account.
- Liaise with schools.
- Liaise with Venues for camp bookings.
- Develop custom programmes, using our templates, for each group.
- Facilitate programmes as head facilitator.
- Manage the group of facilitators.
- Produce a report for the school after each camp / training.
- Update our current content and add in a digital component.
- Update our current leadership activities & add new ones.
- Create new programmes under our leadership development offerings.
Minimum Requirements
- South African Unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34.
- Must not have participated on the YES programme before.
- Matric.
- Background in Psychology or Development Studies will be a plus.
