About the Role
The Recruitment Pig is seeking an experienced sales professional to join our client’s team, specializing in fleet telematics and vehicle safety solutions. As a key member of the sales team, you will leverage your expertise to drive business growth and build long-term relationships with commercial fleet clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities within commercial fleet environments
- Engage fleet managers and operations decision-makers through consultative sales discussions
- Present and demonstrate vehicle camera systems and video telematics platforms
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and client records using CRM tools
Requirements
Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in fleet, telematics, logistics, security, or technology solutions. Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand operational and risk-based client needs.
Qualifications
Matric (essential); relevant tertiary qualification advantageous. Valid drivers licence. Comfortable using CRM systems and managing a structured sales pipeline.
Salary & Benefits
R20,000 basic salary plus performance-based commission.
