Marketing Manager FMCG / Retail | Durban

What Youll Do

Develop and implement marketing strategies that strengthen our brand and support business growth.

Manage the full marketing mix: campaigns, promotions, digital marketing, in-store activations, and brand communications.

Collaborate with sales, operations, and merchandising teams to align marketing with commercial objectives.

Plan and execute product launches, promotional agendas, and trade marketing initiatives.

Monitor campaign performance, optimize marketing spend, and deliver measurable results.

Manage relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and partners.

Oversee marketing budgets and ensure initiatives are cost-effective.

Maintain brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.

Provide hands-on support in marketing operations, including campaign implementation and collateral development.

Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role.

Strong knowledge of FMCG and/or retail marketing environments.
