About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our client’s team in Durban. As a results-driven marketing leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Developing and executing integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
Ensuring brand consistency across all channels and customer touch points
Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing marketing team
Managing marketing campaigns from concept through to execution
Conducting market and competitor analysis to inform strategic decision-making
Collaborating with cross-functional teams on product launches and promotional initiatives
Monitoring and optimising marketing budgets, KPIs, and return on investment

Requirements

A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
8–10 years’ experience in brand and consumer marketing
Sound understanding of the South African Retail and FMCG market
Demonstrated experience in team leadership and performance delivery
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant marketing tools

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
