About the Role
The National Educator – KZN Durban North role offers an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced professional to join a dynamic Education Team based in Durban North. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing national education strategies, executing training initiatives, and strengthening brand expertise across staff, stockists, and training institutes.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement national education strategy and training touchpoints
- Execute and manage the training calendar effectively
- Deliver inspiring, user-friendly training sessions to staff and stockists
- Prepare and maintain training facilities
- Participate in Train the Trainer sessions
- Provide structured feedback on training outcomes and identify development gaps
- Execute school strategy and build relationships with training institutes
- Support training institutes with stock takes, ordering processes, and clinic days
- Assist skincare professionals and students with product ordering
- Communicate brand developments and innovations clearly
- Support national promotional activities in collaboration with Sales & Marketing
- Maintain accurate training records and stockist training history
- Research competitor trends, innovations, and pricing
- Handle all administrative duties efficiently, including monthly reporting
- Contribute to portfolio-based education projects
Requirements
- Qualified Skin Care Therapist
- 2–3 years’ trade experience across professional skincare brands
- 2–3 years’ lecturing or training experience
- Diploma / Degree / Advanced Diploma in Somatology or Beauty Therapy
- CIDESCO, ITEC or SAAHSP qualification (advantageous)

- Valid driver’s licence with reliable vehicle
