About the Role

As a Sales & Stockroom Controller at Rad Resources, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales and stock management processes. You will work closely with the Branch Supervisor to meet daily and monthly sales targets, while also maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Branch Supervisor to meet daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Address sales-related queries within the designated SOP timeframe.
  • Direct complaints from sales representatives to the Line Manager for resolution.
  • Replenish stock consistently to meet daily operational needs.
  • Dispatch stock only upon receipt of a valid invoice, ensuring customer sign-off prior to release.
  • Verify and sign off trip sheets, waybills, and courier/delivery vehicle documentation in accordance with company policy.
  • Pack and dispatch courier deliveries within a 24-hour window.
  • Clear Goods In Transit (GIT) reports within 48 hours.
  • Conduct and submit daily high-risk stock counts to the Line Manager, highlighting any variances.
  • Complete bi-annual stock takes in line with company SOP.
  • Maintain stock loss figures within company-defined thresholds.
  • Ensure accurate and timely stock receiving processes in accordance with SOP.
  • Perform daily merchandising and housekeeping duties to meet company benchmarks.
  • Scan and capture Proof of Deliveries (PODs) promptly each day.
  • Follow correct procedures for General Returns Credits (GRCs) and customer returns.
  • Ensure full compliance with OHASA regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
