They are seeking an FP&A Accountant who thrives on analysis, problem-solving, and contributing to big-picture initiatives. In this high-impact role, you will work closely with the Head of Finance and gain exposure to executive-level discussions, cross-functional projects, and long-term planning. This is the ideal opportunity for a progressive CA(SA) who is passionate about modelling, forecasting, and driving strategic value across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, refine and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and rolling projections
- Conduct variance, sensitivity, and scenario analyses to identify risks, opportunities, and trends
- Provide commercial insights and recommendations to support strategic planning and business growth
- Collaborate across departments to address financial requirements and improve decision-making
- Support strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives through detailed financial analysis and reporting
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Qualified CA(SA) with a strong academic track record (first-time board passes preferred)
- Exceptional Excel modelling skills
- Experience in the BPO industry advantageous but not essential
- Strong analytical mindset and a passion for strategic finance
