In this high-impact role, you will work closely with the Head of Finance and gain exposure to executive-level discussions, cross-functional projects, and long-term planning. This is the ideal opportunity for a progressive CA(SA) who is passionate about modelling, forecasting, and driving strategic value across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, refine and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and rolling projections
• Conduct variance, sensitivity, and scenario analyses to identify risks, opportunities, and trends
• Provide commercial insights and recommendations to support strategic planning and business growth
• Collaborate across departments to address financial requirements and improve decision-making
• Support strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives through detailed financial analysis and reporting

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Qualified CA(SA) with a strong academic track record (first-time board passes preferred)
• Exceptional Excel modelling skills
• Experience in the BPO industry advantageous but not essential
• Strong analytical mindset and a passion for strategic finance
