Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections
- Fault-finding
- Execute warranty and chargeable work
- Prepare reports
- Liaise with clients
- Ensure safety compliance
- Identify opportunities for maintenance contracts
- Collaborate with coordinators and spare parts teams
Requirements
- Minimum N3 HVAC or Technical College qualification
- National Trade Certificate in HVAC&R preferred
- Safe Handling of Refrigerants Certification (Category B)
- First aid training
- At least 5 years’ experience in industrial or commercial HVAC service, including 3 years commissioning
- Strong fault-finding, installation, and maintenance experience on VRV, chiller, and refrigeration systems
