A well-established organisation in the multi-branch operational services industry is seeking an accomplished Regional Financial Manager to step into a high-visibility, strategically influential role. What You Will Be Responsible For:

• Financial Leadership & Reporting – Delivering accurate, insightful financial reporting and guiding decision-making
• Compliance & Governance – Strengthening controls, ensuring regulatory compliance and driving best practice
• Budgeting & Forecasting – Leading financial planning cycles and contributing to long-term strategy
• Operational Finance – Overseeing day-to-day finance activities across multiple branches
• Stakeholder Management – Partnering with operational and regional leaders to improve performance
• Ad-Hoc & Strategic Support – Supporting business initiatives and continuous improvement projects

Minimum Requirements:

• CA(SA)
• At least 5 years’ experience in financial management, ideally within a regional, multi-site or operationally intensive environment
• Strong grounding in audit, compliance and operational finance

Key Skills & Attributes:

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving ability
• Strong communication and proven leadership capability
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
• Flexible and comfortable with extensive travel requirements
• Strategic mindset with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
